Legal adviser Barbara Jasienowicz`s Law Firm offers assistance with legal transactions to English-speaking individuals, bodies corporate, foreign entrepreneurs and foreign enterprises` offices in Poland.
My areas of expertise are in particular:

- drafting pleadings and other legal documents,
- representation before Polish district courts, circuit courts, courts of appeal, Supreme Court, administrative courts, tax, customs, public administration and local community authorities,
- drafting and verifying contracts,
- assistance in negotiations with contractors, creditors and debtors.
About Law Firm
I graduated from Law Faculty of University in Białystok in April 2004. Since October 2004 to September 2007 I have worked as a judge`s trainee in the area of Circuit Court in Białystok. After passing judge’s exam, I have been working in District Court in Pruszków for two years and five months. I was granted the right to practise law as a legal adviser in July 2009 by Legal Adviser’s Association in Warsaw (entry number WA-6792) and in July 2010 I transferred to Legal Adviser’s Association in Białystok (entry number Bł/S/248). I have a very good command of English (passed FCE, CAE and certificate of participation in course Legal English for Polish at Sawicki LLB School in Warsaw) and Russian, and a basic command of French (passed DELF A2).

Monday – Friday 9.00 a.m.- 3 p.m.
